Very relaxing, fluid and calming. . The service is spectacular, the people are helpful and the food is good. I would definitely reccommend it and would go back there.

Its decent. Got two standard rooms. They were alright but not more. The breakfast was good with enough choice. Nice pool and a very good restaurant with reasonable prices.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked them to arrange some trips around the island and the drivers, especially, were very willing about it. Always friendly.
Rooms were nearly perfect.
It was very quiet in the evenings - the hotel does not offer any entertainment.
We ate out most evenings and only tried the restaurant once. It was ok ,but, the service was very slow (we received our starters at the end of our main meal). The beach is beautiful and the pool area - clean. The massages on offer by the pool are fantastic and higly reccomended!

When you step into the resort, it's like a calm oasis, however, when you step out..you can enjoy the conveniences of nearby restaurants, ATMs, shops. It's not as posh as some other resorts, however it's a great location. Overall, I'd highly recommend Ko Chang Cliff Resort due to it's relaxing atmosphere that blends in well with natural surroundings and close proximity to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are four star standard and ,therefore, a joy to live in.

The room has space to walk and to sit in the room for talking contentedly. There is 24 hours services, and very friendly service from local people who live in Koh Chang. Because of Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort is in good position of the Island, so that there are many tourists to stay here. We changed the hotels to stay but I think Koh Chang Cliff Beach Resort is what I like the most.

I stayed with my family which was 4 persons. We loved it the style. This is very unique and different than where else I used to stay.

Stayed for 10 days at panviman and had a great time!! Yes, the dirt road sucks... Yes, they do not speak the best english, but when travelling through thailand.. how many people speak english fluently?? Motorbike is a must to go around the island, if you want to see more than just the swimming pool and beach. Awesome getaway!

This is a great resort, centrally located on Koh Chang Island about 13 Kilometres south of White Sand Beach, it is a bit isolated, we rented a motor cycle which was fun. The room was of good size, big bath, comfortable beds. A big swimming pool and located right on the beach.

Staff and reception very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and nice. If you need to fit a 3rd bed in there, you should not feel cramped.

Nice place, though distant from clubs and night life. About the suite: spacious bathroom with a nice, wide tub left a memory. Not something i've seen too often in hotels. Breakfast is alright. Restaurants are overpriced though. Evening entertainment is a little cheesy (with obvious lack of quality, professionalism). Good thing many beach bars are nearby. They have a spa here, worth a try but dont expect too much.

Very nice hotel with a great ocean view (out of deluxe rooms), but definitely not 5 stars. I did not feel like the little details that make a difference between a very good 4 star and a real 5 star hotel were present.

The description of the hotel gives a very good impression of what you can expect. We stayed over Christmas and New Year on both occasions the resort staff went through great length to achieve excellence and they did. The most valuable asset of the hotel is the staff.

I stayed at the Amari Emerald Cove Resort for my long vacation on the island. The food at the restaurant of the hotel had many styles like seafood, Thai food and Italian, all delicious.

From the minute we were picked up from Trat airport, to the minute we left, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is as it looks in all the photos - excellent. Staff are ALL very friendly and pleasant. No problems at all.

The swimming pool was so large and clean. I really enjoyed to stay at this hotel in the evening beside the beach. When the sun set, the view was stunning. A great place to stay.
