Great location with Skytrain stations nearby. Lots of shopping around the hotel. Very helpful and hospitable staff. The rooms are nice - spacious, clean, modern.. Try the room service for a special night in.

This hotel was an absolute treat to stay in and I would give it 5 stars all the way. Not one complaint regarding this hotel. They even provide a free water shuttle from the hotel to the shopping areas which runs every half hour.

Great if you want to see china town

Hotel was clean and staff were always friendly. Pool was kinda small, but what can you expect for a roof top pool. I would choose this hotel again if going to china town. There is lots to see from the roof top so make sure to check out the town from there. Many different types of breakfast to eat.

Very clean and bright. The concierge man was very helpful. Suites are well-equipped and spacious. Each bed has a separate bathroom for more privacy. I will definitely stay here again.

Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok, Bangkok

Really an excellent choice!

Really an excellent choice, maybe a bit afar from downtown, but relax & enjoy the free boat shuttle to the main Skytrain station. Older (not renovated) rooms have more style than new ones. Suites are great but overlooking the city, not the river. Useful shopping arcade and minimarts, shops... all around.

Very cheap. Only stayed a few days, this is one of those places where you leave in the morning and come at night to get some sleep, nothing more. Its very simple but gets the job done.

Got a two bedroom suite in the new tower with our two kids. I had trouble finding two bedroom suites in Bangkok, so discovering this hotel was a relief. Turned out well, it was comfortable. There is not much to reach by foot around, had to take taxi\'s all the time, but those rides were quick. Like others have noted, staff is not the best, but i find it was decent, just not great.

First and foremost, the hotel staff in the reception was rather unfriendly and always put up a grim face. Other aspects of this establishment are average, but don\'t quite reach the four star mark for me.

The hotel has pretty much everything to guarantee comfort, except the right staff, which shows instantly. We had to wait for about an hour before finally getting checked in and showed to our room. At other times, the staff showed the same kind of 'spaced out' attitude that gave us the message - we should definitely try somewhere else next time. Location is ok, near the BTS station, which is a very good thing in Bangkok, as taxis always not only cost quite a bit, but are stuck in traffic for most of the time. Its not a terrible place, just not a four star hotel.
