Stayed here in August with wife and some friends. Convenient location and walking distance to town and all the restaurants. Yet it is secluded in a nice and quite tree-lined area, lots of shade.

We would love to go back to the Andaman resort, why? Because the staff were all so friendly and helpful and we felt so at home from the moment we arrived. We very quickly settled in and hired a local boat from the lovely beach and enjoyed some wonderful trips out and about. Our bungalow was spacious, clean and quiet, not even an ant in sight. Although the hotel was approximately half full during our stay, we often felt like we were alone, because it was quiet around. Gardens were beautifully planted and well kept and we never had cause to complain about anything really.

The hotel is ideally situated, during our stay, we never required a transport; short walks to the beach and a multitude of restaurants. Easy check in, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Breakfast and food variety are pretty standard - it wont dissapoint, but doesnt dazzle either. We'd definitely return here, its worth it.

Have just enjoyed two weeks here. The service was excellent even though it was low season. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a 2 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old in the party and the staff were wonderful to them. For us the location was ideal. Peaceful and quiet too. But access to other places was very easy either by taxi, shuttle bus or by a walk to the road to hale a local bus.

We stayed in a cottage next to the pool. Great room and service. Ventured to the east side of Railay. Would gladly go back.

Stayed in one of the two garden pool villas which comprise two separate ground floor en suite rooms (one for us and one for the children) with a small private swimming pool in the middle, all surrounded by an eight foot wall, so very private.

This hotel is on Klong Muang Beach, which is long and peaceful, I really like it. You can relax with your book or your boyfriend. It's very nice place for holiday.

All though we have stayed in a variety of nice hotels and resorts around the world, we have never been so completely satisfied after having stayed for two weeks at this hotel. The surroundings, the room, the food - everything was great! But most of all we have never ever met such nice and professional hotel staff. We warmly recommend anyone interested to stay here and enjoy such a friendly atmosphere.

Sheraton Krabi is a very comformatble and beautiful hotel. You will find the excellent service of staff which are very friendly. The facilities are good too, you can go to fitness centre or play beach volleyball and swim at the pool.

Мне дали хороший, чистый номер с просторной ванной комнатой, большим зеркалом около входа и остальными необходимыми приборами. По ночам ничто не беспокоило, персонал был очень вежлив и доброжелателен, поэтому отдохнул отлично. Номером остался доволен, за исключением мини-бара, слишком высокие цены. Ресторан в резорте тоже дороговат, поэтому обедать и ужинать часто ездил на Ао-нанг пляж, а иногда ходил (всего минут десять пешком). Вообще отель классный, рекомендую.

The hotel has great location, it is a 5 minute walk to the main strip in Ao Nang There are some very good restaurants, particularly the Cafe de la Mare, nearby. Rooms are of ideal size, comfortable and clean. Hotel has three beautiful swimming pools. The pool area, however, in general, does have to be improved a bit. The staff there are lazy and the pool furniture is quite aged. The food and beverages are too pricey, for the quality offered. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel.

Well maintained hotel, with charming individual villas. Ours was a beach front suite, with a nice bedroom and bathroom, however, the living room was a bit austere for a suite . It is indeed a beach front hotel, however, the beach right in front of the hotel is mostly made up of rocks and fishing boats with very noisy engines (starting between 5 and 6am) and does not permit you to bath. If you want to do so, you will have to walk about 100m further. The coffee shop and the bar serve tasteless food and drinks - I suggest you walk along the beach, there you can find many other great places where you can enjoy very good and cheap food and drinks. This hotel is certainly located along the right beach, it is just at the wrong part of it. If you do not mind these slight drawbacks, visit this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

We spent one and half week in one of the very comfortable and spacey beach front bungalows. Great bathroom - clean and certainly well equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday on the beach.... The staff is service minded and very helpful in the very pleasant Thai way. Good sense of humor too. The location of the hotel is great, as it is not far at all from the ferry that takes you to mainland. With a lot of good restaurants and shopping possibilities - it is ideal. The beach right in front of the hotel is not the very best - but a couple of hundred yards - and it is wonderful. Pool surroundings are perfect for a family with children. All in all a highly recommendable hotel.
