At Katamanda Phuket, each villa has at least two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious air-conditioned living and dining rooms, plus extensive outdoor decks or terraces, including some with a private pool.

The reception, services and back-of-house areas at the Clubhouse, together with the range of recreational features, have been designed to service villa rental guests. The villa features wrap-around timber balconies on two levels, where residents can comfortably enjoy the tropical ambience while remaining protected from either tropical sun or rain. The lower level features a large dining and living room and is surrounded on three sides by covered decks, looking over both the gardens and the ocean.

The upper level contains two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. In addition there is also a small study. Peaked Thai roofs make a strong design statement. The villa is fully equipped with all amenities and equipment, while interiors are tastefully designed in Asian style to complement the architecture.

VILLA STYLE B2 (Katakoi)
This three bedroom villa features exceptional tropical style living. The designer kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences, while living rooms and outdoor terrace area’s are beautifully situated to capture the serenity lush tropical vegetation which surrounds the villa. VILLA STYLE B3
This gorgeous villa sits on the northern end of the estate with sweeping views over Kata Beach and the interestingly named Poo (crab) island. The villa has three bedrooms with en-suites, a huge pool deck overlooking Kata and the beach beyond. All modern facilities have been included, from a designer kitchen to plasma television set.

The master bedroom boasts a stunning outdoor bath and shower to give guests a truly tropical experience.

VILLA STYLE C5
Entry is through a vine covered trellis screen over a reflective water pond. The dramatic double front doors open to spacious living and dining areas overlooking the swimming pool and view of Kata bay. The windows and doors are full height and open to the swimming pool and outdoor courtyard, allowing the outdoors and interior to merge. An enclosed kitchen is located next to the more formal dining area, with an informal eating area between the kitchen and the pool deck. A sala, positioned next to the pool, offers an outside dining option. Stairs lead up to the large master bedroom with ocean view and down to the third bedroom. The second bedroom overlooks the pool deck. Ensuite bathrooms include a bath, separate shower, toilet and double basins, with access to the landscaped outside bathing deck.

VILLA STYLE D5 (Baan Emikami)
Set among beautiful greenery sits this magnificent 3 bedroom villa. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms. The living and dining areas overlook the swimming pool which guarantees absolute privacy, yet still offers a panoramic view. Every conceivable extra has been included in the villa which is the perfect setting for a private and totally relaxing holiday, yet is only a few minutes from the sands of Kata and Kata Noi beaches, and the trendy boutiques of Kata village. VILLA STYLE D6 (Villa Naga)
This 4-bedroom villa sits high on the estate, with views of Kata beach from the master bedroom. All bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room, all fully equipped.
The bottom bedroom offers a full home entertainment centre and is perfect for entertaining the children or for the adults to simply get away from it all.

The swimming pool sits alongside and is screened by lush tropical greenery giving total privacy, with the convenience of all the villa's facilities at your fingertips.

VILLA STYLE E1 (Baan Pa Hin)
Baan Pa Hin is a villa on the exclusive Katamanda Extate, situated on the south east of the island of Phuket, overlooking two of its finest beaches. The estate has a club house, swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness centre. The management office can arrange airport taxis, car rental, boats scuba diving, golf, restaurant reservations etc.

The house, with a wide ocean view, has a 14m. long swimming pool, six double bedrooms en suite, a large main sitting room with an equal sized adjoining covered terrace and a big family room with a plasma television. The house was only completed in 2005 so it is all airconditioned, with fax, wireless internet, soundsystem etc. It is a five minute walk down through the estate to Kata Noi Beach. Kata noi Beach is half a mile long and two thirds of it, our end, is roped off from jetskiis, speed boats etc. making it wonderfully peaceful.

Baan Pa Hin has a staff of three including a cook and laundry service. They are trained by the owners who love the house and visit regularly. Laundry and shopping are done by the staff. The car, belonging to the house is available to guests with an international driving licence.

VILLA STYLE E2 (Katamalee)

The two main bedrooms are on the upper level, overlooking the infinity-edge swimming pool and the ocean beyond, while the third bedroom is on the lower level overlooking the pool deck.
