Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

Duangjitt Resort Hotel is set in 36 acres of beautiful gardens and can found in Patong Beach on the west coast of the island of Phuket in Thailand. It is situated towards the south of Patong Beach, only 200 metres from the seafront on the right hand side of Prachanukroh Road. Just a leisurely, five minute stroll from the beach.

The town of Patong Beach is a leisurely 45 minute drive from Phuket International Airport and only 25 minutes away from Phuket Town.

As soon as we arrived, we were received with a refreshing cocktail and were checked-in quickly. The lobby was airy and comfortable, with an elegant touch. Our room was impeccable, large, cleaned up and with every comfort. The balcony outside was a little small, but fitting. The king size bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was eccentric and innovative. The structure is graceful and dipped in one wonderful vegetation. I believe that the Duangjitt is a great oasis of peace and tranquillity, in the rowdy and chaotic Patong. The hotel extends on an immense territory and the gardens are beautiful and luxuriant. This place invites to relax, in a paradise like atmosphere, at the same time, its near the restaurants and shopping of Patong. A place advised to anyone who loves to stay in a secluded, intimate resort, close to the activity also. The best quality-price relationship that I have encountered on Phuket.
