Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and based on per suite per package, subject to prevailing
Provincial Tax (1%), government tax (7%) and Service Charge (10%).
Maximum suite occupancy for Executive One-Bedroom Suite is 2 adults.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel promotions and/or Packages.

Payment Policy:

Deposit

THB 15,000 NON REFUNDABLE - Due upon confirmation of Booking.
50% of total price to be paid 90 days prior to the wedding.
Balance due 30 days prior to wedding.

Cancellation Policy is applicable in the following circumstances.

Cancellation fee of 20% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 71-90 days prior to wedding date
Cancellation fee of 50% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 41-70 days prior to wedding date
Cancellation fee of 100% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 40 days prior to wedding date or parties no show

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

The hotel is set on a protected lagoon a boat ride or long walk away from the beach. The suites are breezy & have kitchenettes & lagoon, fairway or pool views. The spa features an exclusive Angsana treatment.
