Accommodation / Room Plan

	Standard Room : Each room offers approximately 36 square meters located on the 4th to the 6th floor. Non- smoking rooms are offered on the 7th floor as the request. All rooms are newly renovated with furnishing and decoration of geographical region style. Twin bedded or double-bedded rooms are available.


	Family Suite : Pleasantly sized rooms of approximately 63 square meters are located on the 4th to the 10th floor. All rooms are newly renovated, featuring two beds and the sitting area for the extraordinary comfort. Sitting area is furnished with the comfortable sofa. A large family room is fabulous for the family to spend the memorial holidays together. Each bathroom is with separate bathtub and shower.


	Junior Suite : Located on the 4th to the 10th floor, rooms are in spacious size with approximately 63 square meters. All rooms are newly renovated with soft furnishings. Room features one large bedroom, living area with comfortable sofa, wide balcony and a bathroom. Each bathroom is with separate bathtub and shower.


	One Bedroom Suite : Located on the 9th and 10th, generously sized rooms of approximately 91 square meters are newly renovated. Each room features a King-sized bed, one large living room with comfortable sofa. A luxury bathroom is with separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and wide balcony for overlooking the long beach and Cha-am city, the panoramic view.

	Sai Kaew Coffee Shop 1 24- hour coffee shop and restaurant provides buffet breakfast, and an exotic delicacy meal in pleasant atmosphere whether your choice is Western, Oriental or Thai cuisine. 	Swimming Pool & Pool Bar Located on the 3rd floor, the outdoor swimming pool offers the magnificent views of skyline. Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

Long Beach Cha-am is located in Cha-am Beach, the long beautiful beach on the West Coast, viewing the Gulf of Thailand between Hua Hin and Phetchaburi. The hotel is just 160 kilometres from Bangkok with 3 hours drive, or 25 minutes by air.
