Accommodation / Room Plan

Each of the 105 luxurious guest rooms enjoys superb sea views from the privacy of guest room balconies. Standard international amenities are appointed with in-house movies, safety box, satellite TV channels, in-room bars, and IDD telephone.

Modern bathrooms with bathtubs and hair dryers are for guest's convenience. The hotel has also included an electronic safety box in every room.

	Pearl Lounge and Bar (Located at Lobby area) Guests can enjoy their favourite cocktails and live entertainment after the sun goes down. Special house Cocktails and Light snacks, Karaoke that guests can choose their favourite songs and sing along with it. Capacity 40 Seats, Open daily from 11.00 a.m. till 12.00 p.m.


	Busaraka Restaurant (Located at the 2^nd Floor.) Busaraka Restaurant serves an A La Cart Menu and sumptuous buffets featuring both Thai and Western delicacies. Capacity 140 Seats, Open daily from 06.30 a.m. till 11.00 p.m.


	Chai Ta Lay Restaurant (Located in front of the hotel) The perfect place for drink at any time in front of Gems Cha-Am Hotel. Simply finesse dining in the Cha-Am Seaside Terrace, Open air beach front restaurant, serves the best Thai Seafood and Western and Asian. Capacity 120 Seats, Open daily from 10.00 a.m. till 11.00 p.m.

	On the 17th floor, overlooking the Gulf of Siam and with majestic View of the beach of the beach and Pine tree forest, is our Health Floor. The Health Floor offers a very well equipped Fitness Area, Swimming Pool, Ladies and Gent Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam Room, and Traditional Thai Massage facilities. We also offer a wide range of freshly squeezed juices and health drinks. In-house guests and membership ONLY.


	Conference & Banquet : Conferences and Seminars are well catered with the hotel's impressive facilities which include a Ballroom with the capacity to cater for over 200 guests and two additional multipurpose banquet rooms. Special functions can tailor made to meet individual requirements of every client including audio-visual presentation, product launches or company training, weekends to birthday parties and wedding receptions. The hotel's experienced and professional Banquet team are on hand to assist with planning and smooth execution of each event.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.
