“Railay Deluxe Cottages” are the best accommodation choices for your holidays.
Tropical style and wooden are the key structural elements of this bungalows, showcased throughout is a careful attention to detail and a comfort.

We offer 38 natural modern bungalows and comforting architecture.

Our Railay Deluxe Cottages are located at Railay east location where you are easy to walk to Phranang cave and lagoon area. All bungalows have mostly view to the gardens. The rooms are equipped with air-condition, Hot & cold fresh water, Hair dryer, in room safe deposit box, luxury wooden furniture, mini-refrigerator, satellite TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities and IDD telephone.

We care for your comfort, in our modern bath room we have bath tub.

We have Queen and Twin bed types available. If you travel with your family, our Railay Deluxe Cottages provide you room with inter-connecting door.

Our Railay Restaurant is situated in the west of the resort which is a great gathering spot for vacationers of all ages. We offer a wide variety special Thai dishes along with a full complement of fresh seafood. In addition, we offer a fabulous pizza option along with other Western choices. Your Palate will be satisfied regardless of your preferred style of cuisine.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

We stayed in a cottage next to the pool. Great room and service. Ventured to the east side of Railay. Would gladly go back.

Stayed in one of the two garden pool villas which comprise two separate ground floor en suite rooms (one for us and one for the children) with a small private swimming pool in the middle, all surrounded by an eight foot wall, so very private.
