Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

Pavilion Queen's Bay is a luxurious four-star deluxe resort perched high atop a hill that overlooks the white sands of beautiful Ao Nang Beach and the breathtaking rock formations and pristine jungle of Noppharat Thara Beach National Park. Мне дали хороший, чистый номер с просторной ванной комнатой, большим зеркалом около входа и остальными необходимыми приборами. По ночам ничто не беспокоило, персонал был очень вежлив и доброжелателен, поэтому отдохнул отлично. Номером остался доволен, за исключением мини-бара, слишком высокие цены. Ресторан в резорте тоже дороговат, поэтому обедать и ужинать часто ездил на Ао-нанг пляж, а иногда ходил (всего минут десять пешком). Вообще отель классный, рекомендую.

The hotel has great location, it is a 5 minute walk to the main strip in Ao Nang There are some very good restaurants, particularly the Cafe de la Mare, nearby. Rooms are of ideal size, comfortable and clean. Hotel has three beautiful swimming pools. The pool area, however, in general, does have to be improved a bit. The staff there are lazy and the pool furniture is quite aged. The food and beverages are too pricey, for the quality offered. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel.
