Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

With a 100 meter long direct beach access and 50 year old trees, the resort is designed to blend with their natural surroundings and offer spectacular natural gardens and stunning views over the Gulf of Thailand. X2 Samui Villas by Design, Centara Boutique Collection is accessible by a comfortable road and just 10 minutes to the resort life of Lamai Beach, 20 minutes to Chaweng Beach, and 25 minutes to Samui International Airport.

Transportation by car or by bus (from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal), Suratthani province can be most conveniently reached by car from Bangkok. By taking Highway No.4 to Chumphon province via Phetchaburi and Prachuab Khirikhan province and then taking Highway No.41 and Highway No.401 directly to Suratthani city and Donsak Pier. Take ferry from Donsak Pier to Koh Samui then drive to the resort via a main local road.

Transportation by air, Bangkok Airways & Thai Airways operates direct flights to Koh Samui (Samui Airport) daily. Other airlines also operates flights to Suratthani International Airport daily. Various local transport carriers including shuttle bus, private taxi, or ferry are available to fit your journey (from/to airports and piers).

Transportation by train, taking the train at Hua Lum Phong Station to Suratthani Station will take 8-11 hours for your journey depending on the seat class. Then take a connecting bus from Suratthani to Donsak Pier.
