Arayaburi Resort Phi Phi Island consists of large individual villas situated amongst the hilly terrains of Laem Hin overlooking Tonsai bay and surrounded by natural gardens and rainforest.
Located adjacent to the sister resort - Bayview Resort - from the villas you can see the panoramic view of Phi Phi Lei Island. At the Front of the resort lies a pure and white sandy beach and the crystal clear blue waters of Tonsai Bay. Our rooms provide above average standards of comfort and privacy.
All rooms are air-conditioned for surety of comfort and the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and swim-up bar together with availability of traditional Thai massage complete the requirements for any relaxing holiday.

General: Arayaburi consists of 38 Villas including 23 Grand Deluxe Seaview villas and 15 Grand Deluxe villas. Some connecting rooms are available (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy
- Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:
- If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees. - If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash. - Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:
- If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%. - If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash. - Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:
- Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
- Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
- Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.
For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

Bus Transfer: From Krabi Airport to Pier takes about 30 minutes, boat takes about 90 minutes. From Phuket Airport to Phuket Pier or from all beaches in Phuket to Phuket Pier takes about 1hr.

I\\\'d consider staying here again, had it been half the price. Its not a very clean or new hotel, personnel do their job, but don\\\'t exactly radiate a genuine friendliness. Its also the furthest resort on the beach. No motivation to return here, unless something improves or the price goes down substantially.
