Situated by the Andaman Sea, on the Pristine Island in the Krabi province; Koh Lanta, right on the Phra-Ae Beach, also known as Long Beach.

Our resort offers 51 elegantly appointed rooms and villas. Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort directly faces the white sand beach on the sunset coast of Lanta Island.

Accommodation / Room Plan

	Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort is designed in a contemporary Thai style matching the environments of pine trees, tropical rainforest and white beaches. The resort room section consists of a two storey building located in the front of the swimming pool area. Some rooms overlook the beach with a spectacular view. The Standard and Deluxe rooms are well furnished to meet the highest standard of comfort. The private Villas, both seaside and beach front are to be found in our lush tropical garden close to the beach. The luxurious interiors and magnificent exteriors of the Villas allow the guests to become as close to nature as the wish. Standard Room Located on the ground and first floor of the resort building, facing east, viewing the sunrise over a tropical rainforest. The Standard room amenities come with air-condition, safe deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, kettle, hot shower and hair dryer.


	Deluxe Sea View These rooms are set on the ground and first floor of the resort building. Facing west with ocean view the guest can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The amenities of the Deluxe rooms are: air-condition, safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, kettle, hot shower and hair dryer.


	Villa The Villas are decorated in contemporary Thai style and offer you an exclusive way of enjoying beach life. They come with a beautiful seaside view and are located around the swimming pool area, Full facilities include air-condition, safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, kettle, hot shower, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers.


	Beach Front Villa Our Beach Front Villas are decorated in contemporary Thai style and will offer the guest the perfect life on the beach with a magnificent sea view, the guest can enjoy the sunset in the horizon from the bed. The full facilities include air-condition, safety deposit box, satellite TV, mini bar, kettle, hot shower, hair dryer, bathrobe and slippers.

Diving and snorkeling are also perfect activities during your stay on Koh Lanta. The famous Thai massage should not be missed and why not get a massage on the beach.


	Sightseeing Lanta Island The choices are many when you want to explore Koh Lanta . You can rent a jeep or a motorbike and make your own sightseeing of this 30 km. long island in less than a day. Interesting sight are for example : the Lanta Old Town, Lanta National park, Viewpoints or the villages of the sea gypsies. Also you can join a sightseeing tour where a professional guide will make even more out of your trip.


	Elephant Trekking On the west side of our resort is a rainforest national park. Our elephant trekking will lead you through this jungle. Sit on his back and be amazed how a man can command this huge creature. Absorb the spirit of this tropical forest with its flora and fauna and try spotting the small animals of the jungle.


	National Park Tracking At the south end of the island there is a national park area with rich and unspoiled rainforest. There is a two kilometer long walking track cut into the heart of this jungle. For the one who love birds watching, Flora and fauna, here is the best tracking. At the end of the track is a beautiful viewpoint from which you can see the light house; symbolic of Koh Lanta.


	Thai Massage At Lanta Casuarina Resort, you can experience authentic Thai massage. Our Masseuses are experienced, well trained and hold a certificate. You can choose from a large range of different types of massage such as; original Thai massage, physical massage or foot massage. You can enjoy the massage on our parlor, your bungalow or even on the beach.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus 5% credit card fees.
If paid by credit cash:
Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Any reservations cancelled AFTER issue of "Confirmation Voucher" and notified in writing less than 48 hours prior to check-in, the following charges will incur:

If paid by credit card:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned to the original credit card used minus credit card surcharge of 5%.
If paid by credit cash:
One-night cancellation fee by the hotel + Baht 500 handling charges. Refund will be returned in cash.

Reservation cancellation for the below mentioned Peak periods:

Christmas and New Year peak period runs from 15 December till 20 January.
Chinese New Year end of January-beginning of February - dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 26 January till 16 February dates to be confirmed per each hotel individually.
Thailand's Songkran Festival in the month of April, dates fall on different dates each year, for each year the surcharge period in the hotels is approx from 10 April till 17 April.

For peak seasons will usually result in the "NOT REFUNDING" of the deposit paid to the hotels (see Reservations during special peak periods paragraph above) cancellations conditions for the above peak periods will be confirmed per each hotel individually.

Koh Lanta is easily accessible from the main towns of Phuket, Krabi and also from Trang, all of which have their own airports.

You can access by either public ferry from Krabi and Phuket or private car and public minivan from Krabi and Trang. If you need more privacy and convenience, we offer a private transfer service from many major airports around the area.

From Krabi:
You can use the public ferry or a minivan to Koh Lanta. The ferry runs 2 time a day at 10:00 AM and 13:00 AM.from Krabi ( Klong Ji lard pier), inside Krabi town . The minivan runs from 6:00 AM. Until 17:00 PM. daily, leaving every hour.

Please notice thet the ferry only runs in high season during November until mid May. During low season Koh Lanta can be accessed by minivan only.

From Trang:
From Trang you can access Koh Lanta by minivan service only. The van station is located opposite to Trang’s train station. The van will take approximately 2 hours to Koh Lanta including two car ferries. This service runs whole year around and the first van is at 10:00 AM. And the last van is at 16:00PM.,daily.

From Phuket:
From Phuket you can access Koh Lanta by public ferry. The ferry runs twice a day at 8:00 AM. and 13:00 PM. It takes totally 4 hours to reach Koh Lanta and the ticket price is around 850 THB. per person. The pier is just a few kilometers from downtown Phuket.

Notice this ferry only runs during high season from the beginning of November until May.
